What Thayer Certified Means

Thayer Certified means SAFE & FAIR for workers.

We apply the following evaluation criteria to every Thayer Certified workplace and add special criteria depending on the location. For example, in the United States, we would add weapons safety and immigration status to our safety and fairness criteria, respectively, in China, we would focus extra attention on building safety and wages.
